Start your morning with coffee or a yoga session on the dock, spend
the day playing in the sun and on the water, and wind down in the
evening in the hot tub as the sun sets.
While staying at The Sanctuary you'll have full, private access to an
amazing outdoor area with heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, dining
table, lounge chairs, pool toys, dock and kayaks/paddleboards. Perfect
for those who love nature and being on the water. The pool area is
surrounded by lush landscaping and fruit trees (dragon fruit, avocado,
fig, loquat). You also might see a variety of Florida wildlife
including herons, pelicans and dolphins.
This bright, airy retreat offers an open concept, fully equipped

counter stools and a large dining area. Dual living spaces on either
side of the kitchen offer places to relax, watch tv, play games and
enjoy each other’s company or get some work done in the dedicated
workspace. Both living areas offer a comfortable fold out queen
sleeper. All overlooking the water! Down the hallway you’ll find two
guest bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one off the pool area) and a
primary King suite with an en suite full bathroom. Living area and
each bedroom has a Fire TV. Spacious bathrooms are all brand new. The
entire home has been remodeled and thoughtfully decorated for a modern
yet comfortable feel.
While staying at The Sanctuary, you’ll enjoy the following amenities:

overlooking the canal, outdoor shower, bikes, kayaks and paddleboards,
river access, ping pong and foosball table in the garage, AC, Washer
and Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels, plenty of
board games, lots of parking. **All amenities including pool, hot tub,
kayaks, bikes are use at your own risk. We want you to have fun but
also be safe. Please use caution especially with young children. **
We keep check in and checkout easy and convenient with a keypad entry. We love offering our guests a true sanctuary - a space to relax and unwind,
have fun on the water and enjoy time with loved ones, while exploring
our fun town on the Space Coast!
