It doesn't get much better than this! Gorgeous, clean, well kept and organized home. You can tell lots of time and thought went into making this home a place to have fun and relax. There really is nothing better than watching the sunrise from your balcony and then walking onto the beach in your pj's. It's dreamy We loved our stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

This spacious house is amazing. The layout is a master suite with king bed and smaller bedroom with two single beds on each floor. Two and a half baths up and two down. The upper floor has the main kitchen with all the latest and greatest, top of the line appliances including a big TV. There are TV's all over the place. Unrestricted views of the ocean are super and launches from the cape can be viewed from the decks or beach. There's a second fridge in the garage. Kitchenettes up and down as well. While parking in the garage is restricted, there's ample parking for multiple vehicles. Lots of toys for young and old, including a very nice hot tub and large fire pit, video games and an air hockey table. There is a large four burner gas grill. The beach is a short walk out the back door, try not to disturb the rabbit. All the amenities and few you might not expect. The owners were very responsive. This is a five star house and we had a five star time enjoying it.

The property is beautiful. Being right on the beach is great. There was a rocket launch that happened while we were there. You can see the launch pad from the house balcony. We enjoyed there was a full bathroom to go with each bedroom. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful location. We sat on the balcony and watched the ocean waves roll in. Walked the beach (very fine sand) and found some great shells. If you are into the environment, take an extra bag to pick up trash. We had a bunny family that visited pretty much every day. The beds were comfortable. Lots of room for everyone throughout the entire house. We played air hockey and a visiting nephew used the arcade game. We ended most nights at the gas firepit which made it easy to go back into the house and not worry about an active fire with floating embers. One of us used the hot tub and enjoyed that.The kitchen had just about anything you could want, including coffee for the Keurig machine and the Nespresso machine. It was the quietest dishwasher I've ever used. A long table that easily seats 8, 10 if you don't mind being a little friendly. Our adult 'kids' voted to come back next year and wanted to rent it again right then. VERY nice place and the manager answered our questions quicker than anyone ever. He was responsive and accommodating. As long as Michal is manager, make sure and rent it (but not when we want it).

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home in Cocoa Beach! The house is modern, stylish, and very well equipped, perfect for relaxing and having fun. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of games and beach accessories available, including chairs, boogie boards, floats, and even bicycles!The beach is great, clean, peaceful, and just a short walk away. Check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this home and would love to come back in the future!

Idyllic setting.

The house was perfectly appointed. Everything we needed for cooking, beach outing, and children needs. The balcony offered a great view of the ocean and was a good vantage point for watching the beach. An overall very enjoyable stay.

Right on the ocean steps from the beach this was an excellent beach vacation spot. Booked it to get a little beach time before a cruise but was just amazed by how fantastic this place was. A little way out of downtown so not so busy beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards. The game room was awesome the layout of rooms perfect for teens and young adults having a separate space. Great to watch a space x launch. Close to restaurants Kennedy Space Center and cruise port I couldn’t have been happier

We had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean and had tons of wonderful extras like supplies for the beach, bicycles, laundry soap, air hockey table and an arcade machine. There is a washer/dryer upstairs and another washer/dryer downstairs. The kitchen is beautiful and had tons of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. We were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony. Everything was exactly as described in the listing if not better.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront rental! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck.
