Wonderful family weekend

Perfect place to stay to enjoy the beach as a family of 3 generations. This was our second time back for a perfect long weekend. Good food options and easy to get to the space center. Looking forward to going back again!

We brought our whole family and my Parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The house was perfect so much space and the kitchen was great to make fun family meals! The location was perfect as we spent so much time on the beach.

Amazing

We loved our time in Cocoa Beach. Accommodation was amazing. Seamless check in/check out. Excellent communication with property management. Home was spotless and so spacious. It had everything you could possibly need. The private beach access was great. Just a few steps and your on a nice sandy beach. Location was perfect and close to everything.

Quiet Beach Experience

This is a great house for days on the beach, preparing meals, lazing in the hot tub and evenings chatting around the firepit. Lots of great restaurants a short ride away.

Highly Recommend

We loved this property and it's location. This property was very clean & well maintained. The property managers were very imformative. We loved how they sent us a message to see if all was ok or if we nedded anything. Great floor plan for the whole family and friends. We highly recommend this property for your Cocoa Beach stay. Much better than trying to book 4 hotel rooms. Great entertainment and amenities on this property for the whole family too.

Perfect long weekend

We had 3 generations for a long family weekend and this place was perfect! Close to space center, great restaurants, and of course, right on the beach. Communication with the host was easy and all the essentials were provided. We even got to see a rocket launch from the backyard while making s’mores. We will be back again!

October Getaway

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We visited Cocoa Beach for a family vacation that included adults and an infant. We were looking for a spacious and quiet rental on the beach that would be great for gathering together, yet have privacy for everyone. The rental was everything we hoped it would be. It was perfect for our needs and the entire group enjoyed themselves. The rental is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We felt very much at home. Thank you!

We loved staying at this house and hope to return someday! Great location on the beach! Home was very clean! The views are amazing. Appreciated all the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys that were provided so we did not have to purchase or rent anything.

Amazing Property and Hosts

Absolutely lovely home that was immaculately clean and so wonderfully appointed. Stayed with my 2 Adult children and was 1 1/2 year old grand babies first trip to beach. Amazing view, just steps to water. Our hosts Michal and Martina were fantastic, available for any need and were super responsive. They have thought of every amenity needed to make sure guests enjoy their stay and are super comfortable . Would highly recommend this property to anyone!!
