Everything was great would be great if they could do the room more frequent but I liked a lot the location and the rooms are nice.
The lobby is very pretty and the hotel is within walking distance from the river. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was very nice and let us have a later checkout and stored our bags.
Very clean and unique. Walkable to Division, Rush, Moody Bible, Michigan Ave, Riverwalk. Rooms are updated and classy, the vibe is fun. Highly recommend.

Thanks to beautiful, super-cool decor and 80s music always playing in the lobby, the vibe of this hotel is chic and fun. Although the rooms are very small, they are elegant, functional, clean, and very nicely decorated. The shower is roomy and the bathroom was impeccably clean, with good water pressure (a standard by which I judge all hotels!). The mattress, pillows, and bedding were comfortable, as well. They give you as much free bottled water as you want, which saved me from my usual trip to the store to buy a case of bottled water whenever I stay in a hotel. I had stayed in another nearby hotel during my last trip to Chicago, and I kept passing Hotel Felix and looking inside thinking, I wish I had stayed there. So this time, I did. (BONUS: It was also less expensive than the hotel next door!)
The location is nice, close to lots of things and the lobby is nice. However this place needs a major upgrade - once you exit the elevator you can tell it’s an old building. It’s really loud, you can hear everything. There was a metal piece just hanging from the ceiling. We noted 2 guests would be in the room but still was only provided one towel. The room was scorching hot, it was unbearable. We went to use the Gym and it was closed. Overall not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. It’s located in the river north neighborhood downtown. Walking distance to Michigan Avenue and a bunch of shops and restaurants. I also loved that at the hotel is on a one-way street. It made unloading our vehicles and valet parking incredibly easy. This will be our go to hotel in Chicago!
Great location in River North and easy access to everything. Some of the rooms were run down, but apart from some of those issues its a wonderful hotel.
