En verano, el calor es insoportable en la habitación. El acondicionador de aire solo circula, pero no enfría. Informamos, pero nos dijeron que estaba funcionando bien, y que poco a poco hiría enfriando. Nunca enfrió.
El hotel tiene buena localización, excelente desayuno. Estaba limpio. El personal de recepción podría ser más amable para hacernos sentir bienvenidos. Durante la temporada fresca, o fría, es una buena opción.

Everything was perfect for me.
Just something took me by surprise.
There was a general blackout in Madrid for which the hotel was not prepared. No water, no power, no air conditioning, no elevator. I can understand the situation turned hard for everyone, but a hotel that values its guests should offer some kind of discount in cases like this.

Great hotel within walking distance of plenty of attractions. Didn’t have to use transportation during entire stay, except for coming in from airport. Concierge and other staff very friendly and helpful.
