The location is top tier. There are so many things to do as soon as you step out of the hotel. The room was clean and nice. Everything that I needed was within arms reach. I decided to save the best for last, the staff. The staff was wonderful from the second that I arrived. I felt as if they took a special interest in making my stay as pleasurable as possible. They offered great suggestions on things to do and provided me with punctual service. The cost was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Regina is a win at every level! The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most are bilingual with English and Spanish so super easy for English speaking travelers. The rooms are well appointed with modern lighting and amenities as well as clean and comfortable. We upgraded our room to a front room with views of the street, which had the added benefit of hearing a 5 piece string orchestra on the street below, playing beautiful classical music each day. ( that’s when we opened the window, when the window is closed the room is silent and blackout shades let you sleep peacefully well into the morning.) The hotel is perfectly located to the plaza de Sol, great shopping and close to many beautiful sites to see. The roof deck is like a zen garden which is magical on a sunny day with the classical music playing from the street! And one of the huge benefits of hotel Regina is the INCREDIBLE breakfast. So well done with so many selections, we never needed to have lunch because we were happily full and satisfied from our late breakfast. All in all you can’t go wrong with Hotel Regina, if it’s slightly more expensive than another hotel, it’s worth the upgrade. Just book it you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Location and Exceptional Value Hotel Regina exceeded our expectations! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance of everything. Check-in was seamless, and every staff member we met was warm and professional. The gym was beautiful and well-maintained. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were spotless, functional, and the beds were very comfortable. For the price and the area, this hotel is an absolute gem. I would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful experience here, the staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant and courteous. The room was a perfect fit for us (very clean and neat) the rooftop and downstairs lounge area were such a cool vibe. Room - there was no privacy at all in the room. Wash washroom door was a barn door and opened from the top. This was the worst hotel room I have stayed in. Even the door lock was not working.
