Great Place

The House is exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication was excellent and the property management was super nice. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is great and very safe.

Great house

The house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the pool and patio. The house is in a nice location so we could beach hop. We drove to Fort Meyers, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were fortunate to see a pod of dolphins in the chanel in the back of the house, one of the highlights of our trip! Suggestions for the owners: I understand not wanting to provide all 'necessities' but it would be nice to have full hand soap in the bathrooms and some cleaning supplies to wipe down the table and counters after meals. There was no laundry detergent but check out requirements were to wash pool/beach towels and start sheets before leaving. Hopefully the next guests will be able to use the bottle of laundry detergent we purchased and you consider having some in the home. Those items (soap, cleaner, detergent) wouldn't be consumed by the renter in a weeks time so it would be nice if they were provided instead of requiring every renter to purchase their own.

Dejligt hus i et dejligt område

Huset var i overensstemmelse med beskrivelsen, og var udstyret med det man behøver, foruden der var håndklæder, måtter og andet til brug på stranden. Dejligt udendørsområde med poolen. Roligt og trygt kvarter. Et sted vi gerne vil komme tilbage til.

This home was perfect for the four of us, and it is beautifully remodeled. Weather was great until the last day, but even with bad weather it was still great.

Wonderful time

We had a great time in the villa "Sunny Side Up" and felt very comfortable here. The villa was very nice and modern furnished, exactly to our taste. The southern exposure and the heated pool made it even more perfect. It is very likely that we will come here again on one of our next trips.

Tranquility!

This house was perfect for us! Very quiet neighborhood and yet still close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool was great and the kitchen is well stocked. The home was immaculate! Good job Michael! We have already booked with Quality Home Service for next April!

Wonderful Property!!!!!

This condo was gorgeous! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of room for guests. The pool and lanai was beautiful. My husband accidentally locked us out and Mike came out of his way to help us get back in to our condo! The condo was very close to main shopping areas, just a short drive. We will definitely book again!

Would recommend

Great house for 2 couples. Very clean and well appointed. The weather was in the 80's all week and we spent most of our time in the lanai which was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, location good to main roads, grocery shopping and restaurants. If you like Comedy Clubs there was one fairly close called Laugh-In which we enjoyed. There were a few minor issues in the house we let management know about. Overall would stay here again!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war genauso schön, wie wir anhand des Inserats erwartet hatten. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Buchung und Check-in / Check-out sowie die Betreuung vor Ort durch Michael waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und kommen vielleicht einmal wieder.

7 Tage in Cape Coral

Das Haus ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Zudem findet man alles in der Küche was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge genutzt und können es sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank Michael für die zahlreichen Informationen sowie die Unterstützung an unserem ersten Tag.

Wunderschönes Haus

Mit der Verwaltung hat alles super geklappt. Es ist ruhig, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht und vieles on top (z.B. Spielzeug für den Pool). Das Haus ist viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell heimisch und wohl.
