O imóvel é impecável, com uma estrutura excelente, comporta bem uma família grande, inclusive com pets. Tem árvores frutíferas no quintal. É uma formosura de casa. O que completa o combo são os proprietários, gente boníssima, caprichosos, cuidadosos e extremamente solícitos. É o melhor lugar para se hospedar na cidade.
