The house is at a prime location, close to a number of amenities and close to the top public and private schools in Calgary. Its proximity to the c-train station provides a convenient ride to downtown as well as to the other destinations in the city. Amenities adjacent include Sunterra Market (offering grocery supplies and decent hot meals for those looking to avoid dishes), Starbucks, restaurants, walk-in medical and dental clinics, pharmacy, etc. Adding to this list, the Westside Recreation center is just one station away.
