House is 4 bedroom 2 bath, with playroom 1 poker table and arcade game very quite neighboorhood
with long driveway for boat or rv parking. House has front wheel chair ramp. Located 10min from casinos 5min from river/community park. And about 15min from lake mohave, 5min away from smiths super market great , Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a home. 5 min to near river dock 90min from vegas strip. House will sleep 8 comfortably, we provide air matress for extra 2 people.

Smelled like sulfur

The check-in process was easy. Upon arrival we noticed a strong smell. I contacted the owner immediately. He had a plumber come out the following day, but not without disruption of our vacation. We were asked to stay there to allow the plumbers access. The owner agreed to accommodate me with a 5 day complimentary stay at a later date but now wont return the communication. He did not KEEP HIS WORD! I will be contacting Vrbo directly. The house was clean and the very few appliances worked. Make sure you bring everything you need for cooking, showering and washing because there is nothing complementary here.

House hunting

Stayed here on a quick trip to house hunt. Place was clean and very spacious. We only had one issue which is that the oven did not work. Other than that, was a great place to stay. Excellent location

Good in some aspects and bad in others.

Ok for just me and spouse since master bedroom king bed was OK. The other beds mattresses were impossible to sleep on. MY COMPANY HAD TO LEAVE AND GET A HOTEL ROOM much to my embarrassment. Owner had just replaced the master mattresses but not the remaining beds. The rest of the house and stay were fine. The owner was very nice but the sleeping situation but a big negative on the stay.

Perfect for our needs

Stayed here with 3 friends. We were fishing in a local tournament and this property gave each of us our own bed and bedroom. The house was a bit warm when we got there but cooled off nicely once the air was turned on. There is also one bedroom that heats up during the day but there is a fan to help draw cool air into that room. This property was perfect for our needs and we will want to stay here again.

Home away from home

We had a very nice stay. We received instructions from Ray regarding check-in and had no issues accessing the property. Instructions for the property and wifi access are on the wall. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property has very good AC. It just takes a while for it to cool the house down but once it does, it's nice and cool. We will be looking to book again, if available.
