Community swimming pool a few blocks from house. Children's park visible from back porch. Watch the golfers and the resident Canadian geese from the dining room and living room.
Full use of three-bedroom home with open concept layout. Kitchen has granite countertops with a large bar that seats four as well as a dining table that seats six. Nice appliances with all the cooking and dining utensils you need. Includes dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass cooktop, microwave and over. Large utility room with sink and washer and dryer.
