Unobstructed 180-degree view of the TenMile Mountain Range that spans from Frisco, Colorado, through the Continental Divide. This newly renovated, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is located just one block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, and its location is equally convenient to the Peak 9 ski lifts, which provide for winter and summer alpine adventures.

The condo is comfortably appointed with every amenity you will need to round out your majestic experience in the Rocky Mountains. Unlock the door and step into the comfort of your home away from home. Drop your ski or hiking gear in the entry and walk into this "open concept" condo that allows everyone to enjoy the experience together beside a naturally lit view that cannot be beat.

The living room is roomy, with comfy sofas and a gas fireplace, and just a shout to the kitchen, which is fully equipped, featuring stainless appliances and open shelving. Your choice is whether to dine at the round wooden dining table that seats up to 8, the bar that seats 5, or the patio that seats 4. The stairway leads to a bonus loft (think workspace). From the loft, enter the immensely private master bedroom that boasts a queen-sized bed and Smart T.V. Enjoy the gorgeous ensuite bath with double vanities and a walk-in, tiled shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite full bath. The third bedroom is a perfect bunk room – complete with two sets of single bunk beds. A full bath (tub/shower) is located across the hall with a washer/dryer behind closed doors. There is an unexpected and fun "secret" space for kids' videos and games.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
