We were really looking forward to our stay at Grand Crowne Resort, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. One of the rooms (103C) had a strong cigarette odor and couldn’t be used the first night. Another room (103A) had a broken AC unit and was over 80 degrees inside, making it impossible to stay in. Our group ended up having to crowd into a single room (103B) despite booking and paying for three rooms in total. We reached out to the host during our stay but never received a response, which made the situation even more frustrating. The main condo itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of maintenance and communication really overshadowed what could have been a great trip. I hope the property management addresses these issues for future guests.

Wonderful weekend getaway

3 couples in 60’s. We each had our personal space and then came together in the big living/kitchen area for breakfast & cards I really enjoyed taking a hot spa bath every night before bed. It is nice having our own apartment to retreat to or relax in separate from others. My husband & I were in one of the side apartments and My brother in law was in main kitchen preparing breakfast for everyone. I was helping, so i was cooking the bacon in our little kitchen and set the smoke alarm off, which sets it off in all 3 apartments and notifies the main office buildin. Oops. The maintenance person came to check, which was very nice but so embarrassing. I think I woke everyone up and my brother in law really had a good time teasing me about it. Overall i love staying here and working with Shannon each time. Each apartment does have kitchen so it makes it nice to have early morning coffee and our apartment had a balcony to sit and have quiet time, or jar everyone awake with smoke alarm.

Birthday/graduation weekend

Had 4 very sweet & fun 17 year old girls, 3 graduating next weekend, two of the four are our god daughters, we wanted to have a fun weekend to celebrate the upcoming graduation and this condo really accommodates everyone. we were all comfortable in the main apartment area which everyone for games, movies and meals.but also had our own space. Girls loved having their own apt to hang out in. The swimming pool is nice too. Very relaxing.

Not as nice as first stay....

Stayed before Christmas last year with same family members and LOVED accomidations. They were perfect for our family!This year, we were happy with size of units, again perfect for our family, but 1 bathroom had somone elses hair, a dead spider and dead fly behind door, which immediatly made us question cleanliness of units. Master bathroom toliet ran constantly, and stopper on jacuzzi tub didnt work which prevented that couple from using tub. We never did locate enough sheets for pull out sofas. Check in went very well, and was Thankful they allowed us early check in becuase we had a show scheduled for 4:00. I absolutly HATE HATE HATE having to face a group trying to get me to participate in time share type actvity when all I want is my parking pass!!! Almost enough to make me stay somplace else!

Great place to stay

I honestly second guessed the room. My family got a big wow this is nice. I only said this isn’t the room I booked doesn’t look like the pictures so we were all impressed. Only complaint was we had a gap under the door that let cold air thru n the pool was cold so grandkids couldn’t swim . Game room didn’t have what was showed in pictures. Overall we would stay again . Front desk was nice n polite.

Branson family vacation

Much better accommodations than expected for our large family, our teen kids and 6 & 10 yr old had their own seperation, our daughter's family with baby and 7 yr old, total of 11all had their space. Will definitely book again!

Underwhelming

To start, the description of the property was inaccurate as it was listed as a condo, however, this would be more accurately described as three adjoining hotel rooms. They were mostly clean, but it rained during our stay and all three bedroom windows leaked. The jet tubs would randomly turn on and the rooms all had an unusual musty/mildew odor to them as well as issues with the rooms getting below 75 degrees. The pool was closed for the 4 days of our stay which was not a huge deal for the adults but the children in our group were a bit let down. However, we do not spend much time in our rooms and the price was fair and the location was good. The check in process was relatively easy but communication was a bit slow. All in all, not a terrible stay but we likely will look for alternative lodging for future visits.

Location was great, separate units was a plus. The showers had hair left on shower walls and the jet tubes had dark buildup line under faucet. My husband and son said the pool area was great.

Great accommodations

We really enjoyed the condo and resort. Everything you need. Check in is easy enough, staff was very friendly but they do require you to go to a back room for a parking pass and while issuing the parking pass they begin giving a sales pitch. I had to speak out and let the guy know we had a show and dinner plans and just needed the parking pass. It was uncomfortable and the man giving the parking pass seemed offended by my straight forward statement. I was just put off by the very awkward situation to just get a parking pass and wondered why it was not given at the check in counter to save time and avoid that situation all together. That is no reflection on the condo or accommodations they are excellent and we had a wonderful time.
