My family of 6 rents vrbos all the time and this was own of the best stays we’ve had. There were basic cooking spices to use, and minor things that make a big difference—foil, plastic baggies and plenty of mixing bowls, and extra towels. The house itself is spacious. The pool and pickleball court was used a bunch by the kids. The house was very clean, and the hosts were really responsive to any questions I had. The location doesn’t have much within walking distance, however there is a grocery store and Starbucks etc within 1.5m away. Overall, this was a top stay.

House was perfect! We stayed for a soccer tournament with another family and the kids had a blast outside with all the amenities (pool, pickleball court, putting green, swing set). Kitchen was fully equipped so we could make meals at the house. Everything was very clean! Would def stay again on our next visit to the area.

Perfect Getaway

We live locally but this was a perfect staycation as the property felt like an absolute oasis! The kids and adults in our group all equally enjoyed the fabulous backyard and gameroom. The house was well-maintained and had everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the easy communication from the owners (even after checking out as we forgot one small item). This was one of the best rentals we have had and we hope to return soon!

Amazing house

This house was perfect for our vacation with two families in February. We were four adults and four kids ages 2-7. The house is very clean and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard was amazing with pickleball, a swingset, mini golf, games and the heated pool. The game room was a nice addition and the beach gear was very helpful. The property is 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from grocery and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and there are tvs in every room. The house was one of the best rentals we have stayed in and we will definitely be back!

Great House in Bradenton!

This house was absolutely amazing! We celebrated Christmas here with our family and had the best time. Everything was very clean and looks new. The backyard is just incredible! From the playground and pool, to the pickle ball court and miniature golf area, you won’t get bored at this house. If you’re staying in the Bradenton area, don’t miss out on this place.

Dream Home

This was our families fourth trip to Bradenton in the last four years. This home was overall the best one that we've visited in Bradenton. It is in great proximity to the beaches and the layout is perfect for a larger family. The pool was great and the owner is local and very attentive, even coming over to the property to show us how to use the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area that is looking for a great place to spend a week with family or friends. This house is also very very clean. Since we came down on a "bad weather" week it was comforting to know the property offered so much as we stayed there the first few days of the trip without venturing out because of storms. Overall this house will be known in our family as the "best one". Good job to the owners on creating such a great environment! Cheers to making more peoples vacation dreams become a reality!

Awesome stay

From the beginning it was great we arrived earlier than check in time the owners checked with the cleaning team and the house was finished so we got to check in right away. The communication with the owners and their team was awesome anytime we had any questions or concerns they was quick to reply and resolve. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool and patio area. We would definitely book with John and Christina again.
