Spend the best time of the year in our friendly renovated apartment. A separate entrance leads into your modern apartment. In total 84 qm we offer ample space for 4 people. The floors are designed with allergy-friendly vinyl laminate. Two bedrooms one with a comfortable double bed (about 58cm) and one with two single beds, each with visco elastic topper, a spacious shower room with toilet, and a separate guest toilet wear comfortable with. The apartment has a very spacious kitchen. The large living room with 2 sofas and a cozy fireplace, invites you to linger even on cold days.
Casa Mia - Geusenweg 5 - is located in the immediate vicinity of the dunes on the north beach. In a few minutes you can reach the main beach and the city.
The garden is fenced and inviting with its booths and chairs to relax outdoors.
For smaller children we provide a cot, on request is a bed rail and a high chair ready.
In all apartments (living room and bedroom) are flat screen TV.
Of course, you can use our Wi-Fi connection free of charge.
Sheets, towels, tea towels and a hair dryer we make available to you. A washer-dryer is available for use in the basement of the house.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Super geeignet für Familien und für unseren Hund. Am besten für 4 Personen. Ein Zustellbett oder Kinderbett passt aber in das Elternschlafzimmer problemlos mit rein.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr positiv überrascht . Es war sehr viel Platz für uns 4 👍 was uns besonders gut gefallen hat , war der Stauraum im Badezimmer . Endlich mal Platz für alles 👏Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat , das es für unser Auto doch keinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus gab , da ab 21 Uhr kein Auto auf der Straße stehen darf . Der nächste kostenfreie Parkplatz war am Bahnhof ca 1,5 km entfernt . Leider gibt es auf der Insel wohl ein kleines Problem mit 🐰die wohl sehr gerne buddeln 😞 leider auch im Garten unserer Unterkunft. Bitte aufpassen auf dem Rasen , ich habe mich leider verletzt , weil die Löcher nicht gut sichtbar sind 😬 Aber trotz allem hatten wir einen seeeehr schönen Urlaub gehabt 😍

Insgesamt eine schöne höne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu 2 mit Hund da. Alles vorhanden,was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Lage der Wohnung ist etwas ausserhalb,deswegen für Urlauber die schlecht zu Fuß sind,nicht zu empfehlen. Gut ist die Ruhe, der Garten mit Sitz-und Liegegelegenheiten. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse könnte man etwas einladende gestalten..Ansonsten alles wie in der Beschreibung zutreffend

Die Wohnung war recht sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausstattungsstandard ist einfach. Alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden, allerdings stets in einfachster Qualität. Sehr schön ist der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten für alle Gäste und einer Freifläche. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Es war wieder sehr schön auf Borkum!!! Die Insel bietet Ruhe und aber auch eine sehr belebte Innenstadt. Es gibt sehr viel Angebote zum essen gehen . Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Kleine Toilette ist schön gemacht und bietet dadurch zwei Wc in der Wohnung ,was mit mehreren Personen immer von Vorteil ist. Man hat eine eigene Terrasse und eine große Küche. Im Innenhof kann man seine Fahrräder abstellen und die Autos auf der Straße parken , die sehr ruhig ist. Mit den Fahrräder erreicht man alles sehr gut. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr saubere , schöne Wohnung; große Wohn-Küche, sehr gut ausgestattet; schönes Bad, unkomplizierte Übergabe. Nicht schön fanden wir die Bettwäsche aus Microfaser, Baumwolle oder Baumwolle-Jersey wäre angenehmer auf der Haut und auch wärmer.

Als Familienurlaub mit Hund einfach perfekt

Wir haben zwei herrliche Woche auf der Insel verbracht! In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, dass separate WC ist klein, aber ok. Auf der abgeschlossene Terrasse ist ab nachmittags Sonne und im großen Garten kann man auch draußen sitzen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur ein paar Minuten zum Hauptstrand bzw. ca. 10min zu Fuß - also alles kein Problem! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne, moderne und großzügig geschnittete Wohnung; wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; das Gäste-WC ist zwar in der Tat nur von Kindern bequem nutzbar und die Deckenbeleuchtung sicher Geschmackssache, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage - strandnah, aber etwas außerhalb und etwa 10-15 Min. zu Fuß vom Ortszentrum entfernt - hat uns auch gut gefallen.

Leider mehr Schein als sein...

positiv: Größe der Wohnung und Zimmer, ausreichend Platz auch in Kleiderschränken. Betten sind sehr gut, freies W-LAN, TV in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Gemeinsamer, überdachter Fahrradabstellplatz. Parkplatz auf der Strasse relativ problemlos zu finden. Janssen Edeka für Getränkeversorgung, Brötchen etc. ist direkter Nachbar. negativ: Gästetoilette kaum nutzbar, da äußerst beengte Verhältnisse und selbst für kleinere Personen fehlenden Beinfreiheit zur Wand. Beleuchtung überwiegend mit sehr kaltweissen LED-Strahlern - sehr ungemütlich, grade in der Küche mit Essplatz. Küchentisch und Stühle passen in der Höhe nicht zueinander und damit unbequemes Sitzen am Küchentisch dessen Tischplatte auch noch unangenehm scharfe Tischkanten hat. Ausstattung der Küche für Selbstkocher nur bedingt geeignet und nicht vollständig. Kochtöpfe und -pfannen einfache Qualiät, kleine Pfanne mit gerundetem Boden gar nicht nutzbar, große Pfanne noch verschmutzt, keine Salatschüssel, kein Brötchenkorb, keine Butterdose, Iso-Kaffeekanne mit starken Kaffeeablagerungen innen. Sehr instabiler Grill, der auch noch ungereinigt auf der Terrasse stand. Terrasse hat keine Morgensonne, daher zum Frühstück nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
