The duplex flat has 90 m², on 2 floors connected by an internal staircase with wooden steps. It is located on a corner and has a garden, barbecue, additional living-dining room in a glass pergola, air conditioning, free wifi (fibre optic), porch on the ground floor and an open terrace with sea views and an awning on the upper floor.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with sofa, smart TV, table, dining table (6 chairs), air conditioning and stairs to the upper floor.
Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cool box, crockery, cutlery, etc.

Veranda of 9 m² with table, sofa and 2 armchairs. Direct access to the garden.

First floor: Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and access door to the terrace. Open terrace with awning, sea view and cosy lounge.

The house is located in Pueblo de la Paz, a terraced house and apartment complex in a flat area with a large, lake-shaped communal pool in the centre (approx. 100 metres away). The complex also has paddle and tennis courts (privately run and for a fee) and a communal skate park with views of the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse in Jávea. The corner house is located in a well-serviced area, close to a supermarket, pharmacy and 2 restaurants.
The landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees if guests use energy irresponsibly, such as using air conditioning and/or heating with doors and windows open.

The house is located not far from ‘Cala de Moraig’ (5 minutes by car), 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea.
Electricity, water, WIFI, bed linen and towels are included. Final cleaning is charged separately and costs 85 euros. Your pet is welcome to stay with us. The fee is 50 euros. There is a deposit of 300 euros, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order.

Unas vacaciones inmejorables
Tanto la casa como la urbanización son muy bonitas además de estar muy bien cuidadas. La piscina es espectacular y también las vistas. También tengo que destacar la buena atención recibida de parte de Marco, que ha estado pendiente en todo momento que estuviesemos agusto. Lo recomiendo 100%

Nous avons beneficié de 15 jours de sejour dans une tres belle maison, bien equipee , propre, agréable a vivre
L'emplacement est vraiment beau avec une vue sur la mer superbe la maison est sur une falaise, pour y arriver la voiture est essentielle
Plusieurs commerces se trouvent en sortie de ville,
La region estagnifique a explorer, mais il faut etre pnutot sportif et en bonne condition physique car ca monte et ca descend sans arrêt...
Les criques sont tres belles mais difficilement accessibles a pied, mais il y a de tres velles places a "lArénal" , peu de vagues et une température de l'eau vraiment agréable...

house was good just the light salty water. Great swimming pool. Downside is close beach is not easy to get there unless by car. recommend if you're looking for quite and swimming pool.
