The spacious living room includes a gas fireplace for those chilly nights, flatscreen TV, DVD player, queen leather futon, and plenty of seating for conversation, laughing, and enjoying your guests.
The first master bedroom is also on the main level and boasts a comfy king bed, flatscreen TV with DVD player, direct access to the outdoor private hot tub, and an additional spacious vanity and sink just outside the full bathroom.

Fun in the snow
This property was the perfect fit for a getaway with friends visiting from out of the area. We didn’t have time to visit the SHARC but got to visit the nearby High Desert Museum instead, which was wonderful. The layout of the home was a great fit for us and was comfortable for two couples (one with a toddler) and a single. Owners were wonderfully responsive and very clear with check in and check out instructions. We’d love to stay here again, but for one extra night next time!

Solid house, comfortable stay
We’ve stayed in Sunriver quite a few times. This was a very nice stay for a family of 5. I really liked all of the pots and pans and other supplies that made it feel like your own home. Really comfortable bed in the main bedroom.

Family vacay/work strip
We had a blast and want to stay longer. I was admittedly worried about no AC but there are plenty of fans, and the nights get down to the mid/low 50s so we were comfy the whole time.
Great access to the north store and plenty of things to do. Thanks for making it great!

Wonderful experience
We loved this house! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a hot week but there were plenty of fans and it cooled down at night and was very tolerable. The beds were comfortable, the studio bedroom worked well for our adult son. There were 10 bikes in excellent condition. Nice hot tub, we would definitely stay in this house again!

Lovely home but missing one key thing… Air conditioning!!!
This was our second stay at this property. We just love it! The home is fantastic as is the location. This time however it was HOT in SunRiver (90’+) and the home does not have A/C and only a couple of the windows open. And we were not comfortable leaving the slider doors wide open with screens that didn’t lock on the first floor overnight especially since it was just two women with our children. That didn’t make us feel at all safe. We all had trouble sleeping in the 86’ house at night and that made for an exhausting trip. We ran all the fans non stop I opened up the sliders at 6am each morning and the front door, and garage door to get a cross breeze and by mid morning the house would cool off to around 72’ and we would close it all up and shut all the blinds. But it would be hot again by 4pm. I have been to SunRiver about 15 times for vacation and all the other 4 homes I have stayed at did have A/C and so I was pretty surprised this one did not. Especially for how nice it is and for the price per night. I think the homeowners should add that to their property. Or at the bare minimum install a temporary swamp cooler in the summer months. Other than being too hot overnight and not sleeping well the house is such a fantastic place to vacation. It’s extremely well stocked, clean and feels like home. We love the floor plan and location. It has a beautiful front yard for the kids to play in. We loved using the included bikes and sharc passes as well.

Perfect for Families!
This Sunriver home was everything advertised and was a wonderful place to stay with a great yard for family get togethers! We had no problems while there, but the hosts were fantastic with communication before we arrived, so I have no doubt that all needs would have been addressed promptly if needed.

Nice Property
This is a beautiful home located about 2 miles from Sunriver Village. We had picked the home for the size since we were staying there for a baseball tournament. Home had every amenities we needed included bikes for all ages and SHARC passes (fair warning - SHARC can get really busy and the wait line to get in can be long). The only thing that was a little odd was the 3rd/Studio bedroom with the two twin beds. The odd part was the bathroom was exposed to the bedroom. My boys found it disturbing and warmed one another not to go #2 while the other was trying to sleep. 😂 We had a great time on our mini-vacation.

Perfect Christmas getaway
This was exactly what we were looking for. We decided that we would do a winter "destination" Christmas this year, and this house was perfect for our family of 5 (14-, 16-, and 18-year-old kids). The house was impeccably clean and very well stocked (linens, towels, cutlery, dishes, etc.). The weather was a mix of rain and snow while we were there. On a couple of the heavier snow days, there was even someone who stopped by to plow the driveway and shovel the front deck. The location was perfect. It was a quick drive down to the Village, very easy to get to the freeway, and very close to the Sunriver Marketplace (with convenient gas station). We used the spa a couple of afternoons...it felt so good after a day of snowshoeing! The garage is stocked with bikes, although we didn't use any during our stay.
Overall, I would give this house a 10/10. The homeowners gave a lot of great instruction and guidance before our trip, and I know would have been on top of any issue that could have come up during our trip. Luckily for us, we didn't have any.
Thank you Joanie and Carlos for sharing your home with us!!!

Great location, clean property, quite neighborhood
We had the best stay at this property. This house was perfect for our vacation. Included Sharc passes that we enjoyed many days. It was easy to find as well coming in from Bend. This house is well maintained and was very clean. Our family was so relaxed we didn’t want to leave to come home. Would definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable home for our multigenerational family. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of everything.

Enjoyable Vacation House
We rented this house for five days in early July, had a fantastic time, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the house has several quirky aspects. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out and reasonably well stocked. Cooking was very pleasant in this house and we used the grill several times during our visit. It was in good shape and amazing.
The SHARC (pool and water recreation area) passes were much appreciated and were used once. Some of the bikes were also used several time for long rides. Several of the bikes required minor repairs.
One of the bedrooms with two single beds was located off the garage and included a bathroom and shower. However there was no separation of the room with the bathroom and only one person could be in the room when the toilet or shower was being used. Our granddaughters didn't like this arrangement. We could not raise the blinds in the master bedroom which meant that it was very dark during daylight. Also, we couldn't open the door to the outside back porch with the blind down. The house didn't have many windows or doors with screens which means the house will be hot if the weather outside is hot. The upstairs loft was warm during even our visit although the weather was mild.
There were several maintenance issues with the house. When we arrived the two trash cans were jammed packed with garbage and we were unable to add any of our trash. The owners should arrange for the cleanup crew to empty the trash cans as happened with the rental across the street. Also, the trash cans are not animal proof and animals, maybe raccoons, lifted the covers every night and messed the area. The yard had evidence, pieces of trash, indicating a continuing problem. Better animal proof trash cans should be provided.

Perfect house for the whole family!
Loved the location, gas fireplace, decks, and hot tub. Furniture was comphy, kitchen was well stocked, house Is well maintained and very clean. We took advantage of the SHARC passes that come with the stay. The only complaint is that all the bikes need maintenance and repair. Some were totally unusable. And the ones we did make work were not ideal for a long bike ride with the issues they had. And being that it’s SunRiver and the house sits right on the bike path this seems pretty important to offer guests safe functioning bikes to use. Other than that we LOVED our stay. This was my 7th time renting a home in SunRiver. This house checks all the boxes.

Cleanest Property in Sunriver
We has a wonderful stay at this property in Sunriver. We have rented at least 20 houses in Sunriver and found this one to be the cleanest including the hot tub that we have stayed in.
We were a family of four with two teens and found the layout of the house to be perfect. We enjoyed the game table upstairs in the loft, as well as lovely decks upstairs and down. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the gas fireplace on our unusual cold Memorial Day weekend.
We did not use the space off of the garage, but could see how older teens would appreciate a separate space! Because it was rather chilly while we were there, we did not use the bikes, but noted a good assortment and appreciated that they were available.
The house does have some 80s features, but we found it to be a wonderful place to stay due to cleanliness, layout, location, bed comfort, well kept decks, hot tub and newer appliances.

Spacious and Functional
My family and I stayed here for a ski trip to Mount Bachelor. The location is good for that purpose. It was just under 30 minute drive to the parking lot. The home definitely had enough space for my family of 6 and the 14 year old liked having his own suite in the "3rd Bedroom Getaway". The dishes and cutlery were fully stocked and had more than enough for my gang. There were a couple things of note. The garage door opening is right at 7 feet tall. This meant that my roof top ski box had to come off my Durango before I could pull into the garage. The garage is uninsulated and unheated so there were a couple mornings that my skis still had snow on them when I loaded them back on the car. Since this home was built sometime back in the 80s, there aren't as many outlets available for our modern "electronic" family. Additionally, some of the outlets were "worn out" so the plugs would fall out of the outlet on their own. Would consider bringing a couple power strips with me. Overall the home was clean and well kept and gave my family what we needed for our vacation.

Family vacation bliss
I can't express enough how perfect the Ceballos' Sunriver home was for my family vacation. Our group consisted of 2 adult siblings with their respective spouses and our 2 parents. The early birds slept in the bedrooms in the house and the night owls took up residence in the garage studio. Unlike previous family vacations, we were all relaxed and rested on this one because neither group had to worry about disturbing the opposite group either late at night or early in the morning because we all had our own space that was insulated from the noise of the other. Not to mention the extra benefit of each group having their own bathroom! The kitchen was amazingly supplied. It was super convenient to not have to haul essential pantry items or cookery from home or the store. There were even containers to pack up a picnic lunch to take to Crater Lake. We enjoyed leisurely coffee and breakfast on the back deck in the mornings before daily adventures and then reconvened back there in the evenings for barbecues on a top notch grill that my brother-in-law coveted with jealousy! The bikes were in great shape and we found one to accommodate everyone. The location of the house is fantastic. It was so convenient to be able to just jump on the bike trail right behind the house and cruise or walk anywhere in Sunriver. It is also perfectly situated for easy access to 97 and its link to the other wonders of Central Oregon. From the Sunriver house we were easily able to visit Crater Lake, river tube in Bend, ride the chair lift at Mt. Bachelor, paddleboard at Elk Lake, shop in Sisters and visit the Lava Lands. On our one unexpected rainy day, we still made the best of it visiting the High Desert Museum and then decompressing in the hot tub! Almost every night we enjoyed badminton in the front yard followed by game nights on the awesome poker table in the upstairs loft that I liked so much I want to get one for my own house now! We even found time to squeeze in a short trip to the SHARC to take a whirl on the slides and a lap in the Lazy River. The house was so magical we weren't even sick of each other by the end of the week. I could have easily stayed another week or even moved right in so I will definitely be back! I can't recommend this house enough!
