The communication seemed lacking. There was a bunch of you cant have large gatherings or parties yet this space bosts that it’s great for family gatherings and a bunch of rules- you can’t do this or that. There was no physical welcome folder to say what the check in and check out process was- just emails which feels robotic and catering to those who rely on their phone. Also- the prior guests listed in a guest book needed things like full size coffee cups 3 years ago yet this wasn’t remedied since 2023 and there was no regular sized coffee cups. There was no basic cleaning products nor a standard coffee machine. In addition, there was no plastic recycled bins besides the tiny one in the garbage can which is inadequate for a family of 4. Tv controls- batteries were dead. Outdoor furniture was dirty and there were weeds everywhere. Therefore- the experience felt very corporate and not an experience handled by a human being. The host was Red awning - again, not a human being. I’ve stayed in many Vrbos and Air B&Bs and this one didn’t live up to my standards or expectations.
