Beautiful. Cozy. Clean & comfortable.

Beautiful property in the heart of Amish country. Perfect hosts. The 3 bedroom home is impeccably clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Perfect deck to watch the morning and evening skies change and listen to the birds. Better than the photos. Great artwork.

Lovely Cottage

Super cute, clean and comfy little cottage. This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway and only 40 minutes from State College! The hosts were wonderful and made us feel at home. We look forward to coming back in the future!

The property was gorgeous and the home was perfect! The host was amazingly concerned and communicative. This was such a surprise as to how much we enjoyed our stay. The Bed was so comfortable and provided one of the best sleeps I can remember. We are booking again next month! Love it!

Had a lovely time coming “home” to Big Valley. Comfortable, clean cottage with incredible view of the rolling farmland. Great hosts made the stay even better.

Beautiful cottage surrounded by fields

Great spot/ perfect size for two adults and two children. Beautiful grounds surrounded by farmland. It was perfect for watching fireflies and for visiting family in Belleville.

This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly.

Peaceful & relaxing ☺️

We were in town for a concert at Penn State, only about 40 minutes from the stadium. The cottage was a perfect place to relax & unwind. The beds were so comfortable! It was very quiet, surrounded by farmland. Our family of 4 - my husband, myself & our 2 kiddos - 13 & 8, look forward to visiting again! Thank you to Joy & Keith for being wonderful hosts!

A wonderful little cottage on a big property.

A wonderful little cottage on a big property. Beautiful setting, extremely clean and cared for cottage. Great communication from the host. Its a shame we stayed on a rainy weekend so we did not get to take in much of the outdoors, but we plan to return.

Beautiful cottage, considerate owners

The cottage is very well kept. The owners take care of every small detail to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of clean towels, new soaps, etc. The location is beautiful, though a little far from the university. Joy and Keith are adorable hosts. Highly recommended.

Great communication. Cozy cottage. Very clean. Basic amenities there in case you didn't bring everything from home. You'll be in the country, but close to fun things to do as recommended by the owner. The cottage helped us have a reasonable ride home from Penn State football, instead of longer travel to get to our residence. Lots of rain over our weekend, so we missed hiking and pickleball. Those would have just been a bonus!

Joy and Keith could not have been any more friendly. The property was amazing. If your looking for somewhere peaceful to stay, i couldn't imagine anywhere better. Our mini vacation by far exceeded any expectation that I had. All thanks to Joy and Keith and their amazing cottage and property

Perfect setting for a chilly fall morning

We needed a place to stay for a college football game and wanted to be outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The cottage was cozy. The house was cute and had everything we needed. It was quiet and relaxing and an added bonus, there were cows!

Wonderful Stay...loved it!!!

The Cottage was SUPER! So comfortable, cozy and very stylish. Every possible need was considered and it seemed that anything you might have forgotten was available at your fingertips. We enjoyed walking around the farm and the beautiful scenery was great! We plan to visit again! Thanks!
