Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. Please note: no lift. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Property ref. ES5088.121.1 is situated on the same property. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Music system in the garden. The swimming pool cleaning is done with an UV rays system.
