The house was comfortable for the 7 people in our group. Plenty of room, adequate bedrooms. And, yes, the views are wonderful. Generally the house was clean - bedding and towels washed, floors vacuumed. However, the cleaning service misses details such as the pot holders were filthy, the stove top had cooked on, crusted food, the drain in the main floor shower is slow, the kitchen sink had an odor (we put a cut up lemon in the disposal which helped). The description on VRBO says 3 full and 2 half baths. There are only 3 full bathrooms. The paint on the handrail on the outside stairs is pealing, so you have to be careful not to get paint splinters in your hands. There were not enough bathroom hand towels for all of us. I called the property manager and asked if they could send more, she said yes, but never did. Because this property is managed by a property management company and not directly by the owner, communication is Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 5:00. If you have questions at another time, you have to wait for an answer. Overall, the house was comfortable and we had a good time.
