The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, as you can see on the photos...and is located in playa Honda building, in Playa Las Americas, on the third floor with elevator, and has a frontal and beautiful sea view.
A few steps from the playa honda building there is the Safari shopping center and all its wonderful shops. Playa Honda Beach is at only 300meters away.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, new bathroom with shower, completely new kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
The living room has a sofa bed for one person, wooden furniture with Led Tv. And some foreign channels ( English, French, Spanish, Italian) Both in the bedroom and in the living room there is a Chandelier-fan, very comfortable on slightly warmer days.
The terrace has a front sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs and awning.

The apartment is also equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, bed linens and towels needed for your stay.
The swimming pool has been renovated a few months ago and is completely free for all guests of the condominium.
The beach is only 300 meters away !!!
The location is very central. A few steps away you can find a myriad of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and the famous Safari shopping center with its beautiful shops.

Check in is included in the price until 8,30 pm.

From 8,30 to 12,00 am there is a small fee of 20 euro for the person that will give you the keys and the necessary information( my assistant).
After 12,00 am 25 euro .

The apartment is located in the Playa Honda complex, just 200 meters from the famous Safari shopping center and the Hard Rock Cafe.
In the area, a few meters from the building, there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops of all kinds, bus stops and taxis Etc Etc,

At 150 meters from the apartment there are several bus stops that connect most of the island.
Everything you need for your holiday will be found just outside the building. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus and taxi stops, banks, ice cream parlors and shops of all kinds are within walking distance and without the need to use the car.
In case you need to book a rental car, there are several companies, right in the center or in Los Cristianos, that provide this service.
The location is truly exceptional!
The two new shopping centers, very beautiful and well-stocked, are just a few minutes away by car.
The first one, Parque Santiago 6 is only 1 km away.
The second Siam Mall, however, is about 1.5 km away.
They are both easily accessible by bus or taxi (which are also quite cheap).
