We've taken care of all the hospitality goodies you will want and need. Tuft & Needle mattresses are on every bed. Our staff is standing by during your stay to make sure everything is fabulous.

Our reviews make it clear, you will enjoy the look and feel of a classic Brooklyn flat! Why settle for navigating someone else’s clutter when you can kick back in a purposefully appointed and managed retreat?
Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $85). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($85 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. For a quick & delicious coffee fix, try Venue Coffee for barista drinks and breakfast foods open at 8 am in the same building!

We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!

Getting Around:
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area. Guests can also take advantage of the FREE May Mobility shuttle to get around town. There is a May Mobility shuttle stop right near Henry St./Industrial/Stadium and at the Venue by 4M Restaurant & Bar

Other Things to Note:
Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We use a spray disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.

Interaction with Guests:
We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 8am-5pm. An after-hours phone number will be provided to all guests to use in the event of a lockout or other emergency.

Great location, easy stay

Great location close to athletic areas of UMich campus. Living room and kitchen are cute and were well set up for our group of four to hang out in, very functional! Bedrooms and bathroom are very basic. Beds are comfortable. No dishwasher in unit #2, which could explain why some glasses in the cabinets weren't quite spotless. Glasses in open shelving were great though. We aren't coffee drinkers but the unit is well supplied if you are! Rug in living room is noticeably cleaner under furniture but the unit was generally very clean. Easy for us to find on-street parking in the area.

Clean, Convenient Location, Exactly As Pictured

My son and I stayed at the property while in Ann Arbor for his girlfriend’s collegiate gymnastics meet. The property is exactly as pictured - clean, well-stocked, great location. The beds were comfortable. The rental company was communicative and punctual. We would recommend this property if you’re in Ann Arbor!

I arrived about an hour early and couldn't get in. Messaged the host but didn't get a timely response, so just had to come back later. Everything else went well. Neighborhood looks a bit downtrodden, but it felt safe. Easy to get around town.

Perfect location

This was a cozy apartment that was perfect for our family of 4. It was well appointed, bright and clean. We were able to easily get anywhere we needed to go in Ann Arbor. CVS and an amazing fresh produce market were just across the street.

Perfect location for a football game

We stayed two nights and went to a football game. We didn't spend much time in the house, except to sleep. It's a great location for going to the stadium. It's a long walk to restaurants and shops, but definitely doable. The host was very flexible and let us keep our luggage there until we left town. Thank you!!

Perfect retreat for a UMich game

10 minute walk to Michigan Stadium! Furnishings and bedding/towels are very basic. Not to be confused with a Four Seasons! But perfect for a family or two couples visiting for a game weekend. Unit is not the whole house; house has been divided into multiple little apartments. It’s a mile from campus and an easy walk. Or you can also take the city bus to campus-way cheaper than an Uber and busses come frequently. I’d stay here again!
