You'll be charmed by the tranquillity of this cottage with its flower-filled surroundings. A haven of peace in the heart of the bustling town of Agde, l'Agate is a comfortable maisonnette just 10 minutes from the beach.

The single-storey accommodation comprises a lovely living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge area with sofa, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, shower room and separate WC. Its large terrace is perfect for sunny lunches. Shared swimming pool in the residence. Linen not provided. Private car park.

With a surface area of 37 m², the Agate can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is as follows;

Day area:
- Bright living room with large bay window and sitting area with sofa, cupboard, TV.
- Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area with: dining table, 4 chairs, oven, hob, fridge, filter coffee maker, crockery and cutlery...

Appartement décevant.

On est loin de la description idyllique du site Abritel. La "maisonnette" est très petite, d'aspect négligée et pas très accueillante. Le titre de l'annonce laisse à penser que la piscine est à coté... Eh non, elle est à 250 m et il faut le badge des portails pour y accèder. Ne comptez pas non plus vous y baigner en juin. Equipement indigent et hétéroclite. Le store banne (condamné) ne fonctionne pas. La petite chambre relève plus du placard avec des lits superposés bricolés. les sommiers sont en panneaux de bois épais et le lit supérieur est difficilement accessible. Il est pourtant indiqué "4 personnes". certainement pas des adultes et encore moins agées. Oubliez la banquette lit qui est en mauvais état et très inconfortable. Dessus des meubles crasseux. Porte principale qui ne ferme pas. Téléviseur très petit. Vous aurez aussi droit aux rendez-vous des fourmis à l'intérieur. Aspirateur pas vidé. Etc, etc... Nous avons signalé ceci à la conciergerie qui nous a renvoyé vers le loueur. Nous avons contacté le service "réclamation" Abritel où une personne incompétente ne comprenait pas notre réclamation et nous a indiqué que ce n'était pas a eux qu'il fallait réclamer, elle nous a remis un autre numéro et nous a raccroché au nez. Nous avons contacté ce dernier numéro ou nous avons eu une charmante personne qui a bien compris notre problème, devait s'en occuper et nous recontacter... 15 j plus tard on attend encore son appel ... Ce serait bien qu'Abritel se bouge un peu.

Das Ferienhaus war wie im Text beschrieben.

Leider mussten wir das Besteck, die Teller u.s.w erst mal vor Gebrauch reinigen. Aber das in der Anlage Wartungsarbeiten an der Wasserversorgung gemacht wurden, wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt. So hatten wir Werktags teils schon morgens, teils um die Mittagszeit über mehrere Stunden kein Wasser.
