"Messaged hotel after booking to request for our 2 rooms to be adjacent as we were travelling with 2 children. Requested the same at the check in counter upon arrival and were assured by staff that rooms were next to each other. Turns out, staff used incorrect floor map so our rooms were not in fact next to each other. Went back to reception to request for change, were told no availability and staff were not particularly helpful seemed blasé about the our situation. Dinner was good at the restaurant, bed comfortable and overall a good stay. "
