Cozy Cottage on Lake Wedowee with Kayaks
No steep steps to hike to enjoy this three bedroom 2 bath house located on Lake Wedowee. This cottage is complete with two living rooms, kitchen, open air deck with table and chairs, screened porch with table and chairs. Two kayaks come with the rental for you to enjoy. You are just a few steps to your private dock on seasonal water in a quiet cove. Just outside the cove is the main part of Lake Wedowee. We have sofa bed and futon in downstairs sitting room. Bring your whole family because there is plenty of room for everyone.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Great place on the lake!
We were there at the end of March so unfortunately the lake level was too low for any water activities from the cottage. But we were staying there mainly to visit with friends nearby so it wasn't an issue for us. The cottage was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the kids really enjoyed the special treats left for them 😊. The location is great and the cottage was easy to find. When we come back to Wedowee we will definitely be staying here again.
