La casetta mi è piaciuta molto e la padrona di casa, molto gentile, ci ha anche offerto due lattine di un ottimo drink ed uno strudel come benvenuto. Abbiamo chiamato l'agenzia Mare Tours per dire che eravamo arrivati qualche ora in anticipo e lei ci ha accolti subito! Nei dintorni non è facile raggiungere ristoranti o negozi per chi non ha le gambe buone, perché le stradine di praticamente tutta la città sono molto ripide. Questa casetta si trova in Ulica Bocina, nella parte più residenziale ed esterna del paese, vicino ad una strada più grande che porta a Veglia in 20 minuti di auto. In altri 30 minuti si è comodamente alle spiagge rocciose e direi lunari del sud dell'isola, ed in altri 30 minuti si è a nord, nelle spiagge più verdi e servite. Verbenico è un borgo davvero bello e svetta in cima ai monti con una bella vista mare. Da casa si vede un bellissimo panorama perché è su in alto. Occhio: a casa non c'è l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore! Però ci sono: il phon, le lenzuola, coperte pesanti, asciugamani profumati, sapone, canovacci, cavatappi, piatti, pentole e posate...e un ombrello, attaccapanni, TV (in tedesco!) La camera ha solo una piccola finestra quasi cieca e buia.Veranda molto piacevole da usare per colazione, pranzo e cena. Abbiate cura dei gattini del quartiere che verranno a trovarvi amichevolmente: uno in particolare, un giovane maschio marrone tigrato, lo abbiamo chiamato Giovanni ed è super affettuoso. Un po' di acqua e pappa lo aiuteranno! :)
