If you would like to escape the colder climates between Nov to mid April, we have a beautiful and upbeat New York loft style 1,000 square foot, fully furnished one bedroom condo on the first floor situated in the desirable Songhees neighbourhood. All utilities, internet, and cable are included. Fully equipped kitchen which includes oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace as well as a 55" flat TV screen. Laundry room off the kitchen.
This property would suit one person or a couple who would like a place for a 4 or 5 month stay .
Located on the bus routes as well as close to all amenities which include 5 minute walk to downtown, shopping, recreation centre, restaurants, beaches within 10 minutes and lots of other areas to walk or bike to.
The condo is heated and features a separate bedroom. The condo also includes a washing machine.
