A perfect home away location. 1 bed/1 bath condo just steps from creekside trails and hiking. Royal Bay Beach park is within a 20 min walk a 5 minute car ride. There is a beautiful beach to enjoy and minutes from Royal Roads university. A quiet building with the Red Barn Market as your neighbour for your fresh organic produce and organic meats, everything you need for your meals.  Enjoy local restaurants and sites within walking distance, Westshore Mall has all the amenities, BC liquor store, YMCA just short drive and many other services.

We have increased all cleaning standards and protocols as per CDC Covid-19 guidelines. This property will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized thoroughly in preparation for your arrival.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
