Here are the list of troubles/complaints we had when we arrived Late in receiving entry code-3 hours, not 24Occupied parking space, we had to park a block away. Unit had not been cleaned- dirty floor, bathroom, and kitchenNeither Host nor his associate was available by phone or voicemailNo towels in bathroom No linens in master bedroom Unmade bed in 2nd bedroom Dishes in kitchen sink strainer, rotten fruit on the counter Associate delivered towels/linens on the second afternoon and left them outside the front door We had to make the bedsBlanket for master bedroom has holesAmenities listed with no directions to find them- gym, washer/dryerI didn’t expect anything like this from VRBO.
