Two-levels Loft in the Heart of the City

Located in the renowned 933 Seymour Street building in downtown Vancouver, this one-bedroom loft reflects a modern and urban lifestyle. The residence features a sleek design and contemporary aesthetics and provides a luxurious haven amidst the bustling city. Large windows showcase breathtaking panoramic views of the Vancouver skyline, flooding the open-concept living space with natural light.

SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
Up to four individuals can sleep comfortably, as there is a queen-sized bed on the second floor and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
Guests need to buzz to unlock the front door and elevator. The smart lock on the unit door requires an individual access code.

Guests have access to the entire unit, building amenities including a patio with a grill, amenity kitchen, workspace, gym, and roof deck, as well as a gated parking spot for one vehicle.

This is might be the most central location in all of downtown. Most major downtown tourist attractions and amenities are a short walk away and those aren't are quickly accessible by transit.

The neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants and shops, ranging from brand names to local spots, theatres, shopping malls, clubs and pubs are all 5 minutes away.

With 99/100 walk score. The condo is readily accessible from transit ( Granville/ City center sky train station ). if driving, access to the double gated parking is off the alley; you will have an assigned parking space waiting.

My unit has a front door-facing camera for security purposes.
It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e. it doesn’t move).
Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways.
The camera does not record sound; videos are only recorded if problems occur. There are NO other cameras inside the property.
I understand that this may bother you, so I will be happy to provide a screenshot from the camera that shows what area is being filmed.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Perfect for 2

This loft is the perfect set up when visiting Van. It is a few minute walk in every direction to anything you need. The rooftop BBQ wasn't ideal but we managed, but the unit itself was stocked very well. Easy to get in and out and comes with a parking spot in the parking garage of the building. I will be inquiring again on my next visit.

The location was very cool. Walking distance from almost everywhere in downtown. Had everything I needed and Nero belgian waffle bar is across the street which is a must try place. Would book here again!

Getaway to enjoy the city

We love coming back to Vancouver. We like to visit favorite places and try new ones. This neighborhood had great food and convenient amenities. We enjoyed walking for most of our visit. The train and bus lines were also very convenient here.

Perfect loft-style apartment in downtown at the edge of Yaletown with all the amenities. Some sounds of traffic audible from below, but not at all intolerable. Very secure and convenient; would stay there again!

Awesome experience, great Loft!

Had a great time and loved our stay. For light sleepers, I recommend earplugs. Nothing wrong with the studio, just what you get for the central location. Primo location and awesome host! Will definitely rebook for another visit soon.

Beautiful space and cozy stay

We were only there for one night, but my partner and i had a very easy and relaxed stay with clear communication from the host available the whole time. The space is lovely and exactly as pictured. Perhaps smaller than expected but perfect for us. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and the property was very clean justifying the higher cleaning fee. The building itself is relaticely unassuming, but dont let that deter you. The host has done a great job of making the property itself feel high end. Also, there is a camera facing the entrance inside as you walk in. The host ensured us this was a security measure and the inside equivalent of a Ring camera. We noticed no other recording devices, as promised by the host, so it was not an issue during our stay. Just be mindful if you exit the bathroom after a shower. The camera is pointing toward the front entrance door but it is placed fairly close to the bathroom door that if you're not careful you can forget and walk out of the bathroom to the right and youll be right in front of the entrance door. Overall it was definitely a better deal for us to stay here than at a hotel in the same area. The host was kind, the space was very clean, and we felt very comfortable and well rested in the extremely comfortable bed.
