The kitchen and living area provide an ideal space for both relaxation and entertainment. With marble countertops, high-end appliances, and a double sink, meal preparation is swift and effortless. The large sectional couch in the living area offers a cozy spot for the whole family to gather by the fireplace or enjoy a movie together.

This residence includes three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The main bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite with a soaking tub. One bedroom can be separated from the rest of the home for flexible rental options.

In the winter, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Vail Ski Resort. During the summer, explore nearby Gore Creek, hike Booth Falls Trail, or bike along the Vail Pass Path. For dining, visit Tavern on the Square, browse the boutiques in Vail Village, and relax at the Aria Athletic Club and Spa.

- Within this central location, grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended. Please reach out if assistance is needed.
- This home includes daily housekeeping.
- This home is undergoing a remodel with new furnishings, with new photos to come upon completion.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
