Spacious but not maintained.
Overall, the home is spacious and looks lovely. Initially the home was described as having a heated pool, but fine print says the pool will not be heated at this time. At 59 degrees F, the pool was unusable. Pool maintenance came by and said the heater worked fine. We were not authorized to turn it on. Other issues:1) previous occupant left outdoor trash bin full and was too heavy for Waste Management to empty. The container fell from the truck and left trash all over the street, including dirty diapers and smelly food items. It was gross and I had to clean it up. 2) There is a nice grill, but empty LP containers. There is also a nice outdoor LP gas coffee table, but unusable. 3) Freezer door is broken. 4) Faucet Aerator in powder room is clogged. 5) Only one key provided and key is needed to access patio making it a nuisance to open, lock, and use key at front door when leaving. 6) Check in code for door was delayed. 7) No instruction binder for anything in the house was provided, except not to use a broken microwave. (Counter top microwave was provided). 8) Multiple light bulbs burned out. 9) “Absolute Rental Services” response to issues was spotty. Sometimes questions ignored. Sometimes quick to say an amenity was not listed when in fact it was (no hair dryer on check in). Once I pointed out that a hair dryer was in fact listed as an amenity, one was provided. Why would I have to do that? Resolution of trash issue never completed.
