Perfect Vacation at Villa K'Line

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the ease of checking in and connecting to WiFi, the secure parking, the superb condition and cleanliness of the property, and the ongoing availability and support of our Concierge Amelie, fluent in English, who also provided excellent guidebooks, and had a number of useful articles like camp chairs and beach equipment for rent at nominal fees. Everything that matters most was just superb: the wonderful pool w/outdoor lounging & dining areas, with an incomparable view over the rooftops of Trois Ilets and the bay of Fort de France; modern, efficient AC in the bedrooms, with super-comfortable mattresses and all-cotton linens; two impeccable bathrooms, with luxurious rain shower heads; two comfy living room sofas (both are pull-out beds) and a large HD TV to hook up Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.; plus a fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer. This was truly a home away from home! Just down the street is a great Boulangerie and terrific wine shop, as well as a full grocery store and pharmacy. A little farther away are several convenience stores, and the best pizzeria/trattoria on the island: Il Gallo Rosso. Villa K'Line is a wonderful Creole villa in an authentic neighborhood location, centrally located to all that Martinique has to offer. Kudos to Line for sharing such a superb property with all of her guests. We hope to return!

Fantastischer Urlaub mit Wiederholungsbedarf

Ein unfassbarer & traumhafter Urlaub! Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch mit guter Ausstattung und eine tolle Vermieterin, besser geht es nicht. Alle notwendigen Sachen wie ein wunderbarer Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Souvenir Laden, Tankstelle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Maison très bien équipée et bien située... Les trois ilets offre une bonne situation centrale pour les excursions au nord et l'accès aux spots et plages superbes du sud. La maison est très bien équipée avec belle piscine et belle vue sur la baie. Dommage simplement que la route derrière soit très passante sinon c'était parfait ! Merci aussi pour l'accueil !

Nous venons de passer 12 jours en famille (2 adultes, 2 ados) dans la villa K'line. Elle est bien située pour pouvoir sillonner l'île. La piscine est extra. La maison est très bien équipée avec tous les services aux alentours. Nous sommes bien reçus dès l'arrivée même si on arrive tard. Merci à Line d'avoir accepté notre départ tardif dans l'après-midi (l'avion étant à 23h10). Nous conseillons cette villa avec vue sur la baie de Fort de France. C'était un régal...

10 jours dans cette superbe villa, tout était parfait, le logement est conforme aux photos et à la vidéo, un pur bonheur, la propriétaire est très gentille et surtout très discrète. Piscine au top, elle est nettoyée une fois par semaine, jardin très bien entretenu. Le plus la villa est en hauteur, et la vue sur Fort de France est géniale. Nous ne pouvons que la recommander, et nous garderons un souvenir magnifique de notre séjour chez Line. Les bretons du Morbihan

inoubliable et à refaire

En 2016 nous étions déjà dans cette villa, nous avons renouvelé l'opération cette année, mais avec un couple d'amis, qui ont été tout comme nous très satisfait de la prestation. En effet la villa est très bien, sa piscine entre 27 et 29° parfait pour ne pas se poser de question avant de mettre les pieds dans l'eau. Quant à la propriétaire, extraordinaire, elle se souvenait même de nos noms, cette charmante dame est d'une discrétion sans pareil et aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Franchement, cette location est à prendre sans hésiter. Le tout mérite vraiment les trois étoiles, la propriétaire mérite 4 étoiles, merci encore Line.

Belle Villa dans un environement bruillant

La villa est bien équipée ... à tout niveaux ! La vue mer est belle, la terrasse spacieuse et confortable, les lits sont pourvus de grands moustiquaires ... détail très apprécié !!!! Tout aurai été parfait sans deux points assez négatifs. 1/ Le bruit ! que ce soit la route qui passe à 6 mètres de la chambre à coucher et sur laquelle les automobilistes testent leurs vitesse de pointe de leurs autos ou motos parfois à nuisances sonores très élevées ! Nous qui aimons dormir toutes fenêtres ouvertes sans climatisation, nous avons dégustés le niveau sonore ! 2/ Beaucoup de vis à vis ... nous nous sentions parfois comme des poissons dans un aquarium à la vue de tout un chacun pour les villas alentour très proche ou même la rue derrière la piscine.

Que ce soit sur la location qui était parfaite, sur la propriétaire qui était charmante, au service des locataires et très discrète, sur la propreté et sur le pays en lui même, cela restera un souvenir inoubliable. Je dirait même que c'est à refaire certainement. Merci pour tout à Line.
