Beautiful Decorated and furnished 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2388 sq ft home in the area of Golden Shores Community in Topock Arizona $2068 a month ,Master bedroom and bath downstairs with walk in shower with 9 shower head with seating area, 3 guest bedroom with 1 bath upstairs , living room and family room with reclining sofa , love seat and chair , big kitchen with granite countertops , Laundry room with washer and electric dryer , Newly painted, new tiles and laminate Floors throughout house, Spacious two story home with every part of the house has been remodeled. Attached two car garage with a large balcony deck above garage with views of the mountains, valleys and city, Property is Fenced the front yard and the back yard ,Central air conditioning with fans in each room, with Satellite and Wifi , WII game system , Living room ,family room and master bedroom has big screen TV's , outdoor seating area in the back yard patio area or on the deck upstairs with view of the mountains , Centrally located between Lake Havasu, Oatman and Laughlin.

This is a smoke free and pet free rental home. Due to our guests and family members having allergies to pet dander and other allergies associated to pets. Thank you for complying and please be sensative to our guests and family members conditions by not asking us to change or deviate from these rules. There will be a $500 minimum deep cleaning charge if there are any signs of any pets or smoking in the house.

We had a very enjoyable experience this winter renting this property in Golden Shores. The house faces south so lots of sunshine when we needed heat and a comfortable back shaded area as well. Home was fully equip with everything we needed. Owners were very accommodating, friendly and so very pleasant. Would we come back? You bet.
