Horrible service, nasty, bedbugs very dirty that places for homeless people not for the money that I pay for it’s not worth it horrible breakfast and they don’t service their rooms only if you ask and they don’t do a good job very bad experience with that hotel

This property is disgusting. Went to the first room and the bed was stripped with the dirty sheets on the desk. Went back to the front desk and they switched us rooms and tried to upgrade us. This room still had the dirty sheets on the bed and trash on the floor with dirty towels still in the tub. The only good thing about this place were the front desk ladies were so nice and apologetic they almost looked embarrassed. Thankfully they found some sheets that weren’t locked up so we could change the sheets ourselves. I’ll never stay here again. Attached below are pictures of the second room

The mattress sagged, the toilet roll holder was broken, the freezer was totally filled with ice. We waited 90min for our meal as the chef had gone home and had to get recalled. Check-in lady didn't display a friendly attitude.
