Located 11 minutes’ drive from the resort amenities and visitor sites of Riva del Garda, this 2-bedroom home in Tenno provides the perfect relaxed holiday base for 2 couples or family groups of 6.

Inside, the 2-storey townhouse is fully equipped with WiFi access and comprises of a spacious open plan living room with sofa suite, SAT TV and a spacious kitchen diner for 6. From the living room, an all-weather house enjoys access to a sunny private garden with alfresco dining terrace. Upstairs, a generous size master double bedroom with balcony access is complemented by a 2nd flexible guest bedroom with double bed, a set of bunk beds and balcony access. A retro family shower room suite complements the internal layout of this functional, laid-back home.

The lovely townhouse is situated in Tenno, 11 minutes’ drive from the resort centre of Riva del Garda.

Please note: due to ongoing renovation works, the driveway to the residence and the entrance to the apartment do not have the finished external flooring. You can access the property normally and inside everything is functional.

The townhouse is situated along ‘Località Volta di Nò’, in timeless Tenno. The nearest authentic trattoria/restaurant and supermarket are just 5 minutes’ drive away.
The spectacular Varone waterfalls of ‘Parco Grotta Cascata Varone’ are reachable by car in just 5 minutes, whilst the popular ‘Riva del Garda Fiere congressi’ exhibition & trade centre is 9 minutes’ drive away.

Within an 11 minutes’ drive, guests will reach the beautiful lakeside and year-round visitor highlights of Riva del Garda. Sport enthusiasts are also spoilt for choice, with Riva del Garda a popular destination for windsurfing, thanks to its strong winds. The nearby Monte Baldo (along the north eastern shore of Lake Garda) and the nature park of Parco dell’Alto Garda Bresciano also provide plenty of opportunities for hiking, nature treks, biking, paragliding and climbing.
