Location, location, location. A very quick walk out the back door to the gondola and an equally easy walk to everything that the Town of Telluride has to offer. The house was very clean, everything worked and the host actually met us at the house and showed us everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was well cleaned and ready for us. Spacious layout with the multiple floors and the upstairs being a great common space. Located right around the corner form the Gondola to Mountain Village and a block off the main street to all restaruants, theaters, cafes, shops, bars, it is a perfect location! Communication before and throughout our stay was great! The only confusing thing about the listing on VRBO versus the agreement you sign in order to stay is the difference in max guests, it is ultimately 8 people though on VRBO it stated 9. We ended up having a second house for the weekend given our group expanded so was not an issue, but I would double-check your guest count to make sure you are following the rules for stay. This property would be a great spot in the winter for anyone wanting a great ski/snowboard getaway but be close to everything downtown Telluride offers rather than staying in Mountain Village.

Great house and location!

There were 7 of us in Telluride for our son’s wedding. The house easily accommodated us all. We were able to walk every where we needed to go, shopping, restaurants, groceries, and gondola. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you to the owners for sharing such a lovely place!😊

Great location

Beautiful house for a group of 7 adults. Everything is good - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, eating and sitting areas. The only drawback for my husband particularly was the dozens of family photos, when he would prefer to feel the place was “ours” if only temporarily

Could not have asked for a better VRBO stay. Would love to keep this our little secret. Perfect location, comfortable beds, entire house clean, cozy, spacious and well equipped. Communication seamless. Zero complaints. Only compliments!

We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient and cozy. Bunk bed mattress es were unsleepable even for our 8 year old. Beds overall could have been better. They are also doing construction next door. I had ear plugs and my wife is an easy sleeper but with windows open in summer, be aware. Would stay there again.

Ideal Telluride Stay

This property exceeded expectations! The lay-out was perfect for family ranging from 4 to 70. It provided space to spread out and gather as needed! The home is well built and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is exceptional-a block from Colorado Ave. and 1/2 to the Telluride gondola. Highly recommend!

Fantastic House & close to everything!

We had a great vacation with 8 friends celebrating our 50th b-days. The house was perfect for out group! Clean, spacious and inviting! Close to the Gondola, downtown restaurants & bars, and the festival entry just straight down the street! Would recommend to anyone wanting the true Telluride experience!
