This centrally located HEATED POOL home is Light, bright, and oh, so spacious! This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home is your Staycation Central!. Relax in the pool, shoot a game of pool or just retreat to the massive family room and watch a movie! This home has it all!

King bed just added to Master Bedroom! Also 2 real memory foam mattress folding beds added in 2/3rd bedrooms.

Tv's are located in the Living room, master bedroom and 1 of the 2nd bedrooms. each has a ROKU.

The POOL has just been completely refinished with a stunning aqua pebble tech and a color changing light!

Downtown, Busch Gardens, The AMP, Hard Rock Casino, Ybor City, Soho, Bayshore, RAYJAY Stadium, Steinbrenner Field are all only minutes away!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully renovated and tastefully decorated! You will enjoy the serenity of this home. Your group will have the entire home to yourselves and be only minutes from all the action.


"Admin Fee" is for a Damage protection policy to over your stay. We do not utilize VRBO Damage policies or Security deposits for new bookings after 2/1/2025.

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick bite or a holiday feast! The massive living room has a pool table and an additional living space with 2 super comfy couches to unwind! The huge desk area has seating for your entire group, a dining space as well as a HUGE unground pool that is accessible from both the living area AND master retreat!

If you are looking for a home that is a landing spot for adventure, you have found it! Minutes to everything but tucked away in the affluent Carrollwood section of Tampa!
There is no additional charge to have the pool heated. The pool is heated year round HOWEVER it is set to a MAX temp of 85 degrees. Guests ARE NOT permitted to tamper with the heater OR the wifi controls. This will cause the heater to not work at all!
Pool:
8am-10pm We are ok with you using the pool outside of these hours with the understanding that voices be kept low and NO music by the pool after quiet hours. We want you to enjoy your stay but we do need to be respectful to neighbors.

PLEASE NOTE: We do send all linens out to be laundered. When you arrive there may be a blue laundry bag on the porch. Please DO NOT bring it in. If for some reason it is there for longer than a day please let us know. The laundry for the next guest will be returned to the property within 48 hours. It will be placed in the black and yellow bin on the porch OR the garage(if applies), The laundry service will open the garage door & place the laundry inside. They will not enter the main part of the home in any way. Typically, they will be there only a minute or 2.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

This place is awesome

The host was great. The home was perfect, it had everything we needed. It was like being home from home.Well equipped kitchen, towels, clean, neat, nice pool, everything better than described. We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road. The neighborhood has both well-finished houses and some run-down looking ones, but we felt plenty safe. The check-in and out process was easy, but a little strict and impersonal regarding flexibility. This didn’t affect us really due to our arrival and departure times. That being said, the personal touches on the welcome basket were very nice. All-in-all, a nice clean house, some nice amenities (pool, pool table, washer/dryer), and a good location if you want a jump off location for day trips.

Great location

Great neighborhood, quiet, suburban and easy access to Fletcher. Close to USF and Carrollwood. Great home with plenty of room. The host provided what we needed. Wonderful patio and pool. Will use this again!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in area during Thanksgiving week. The home was very clean. There was a problem with pool but owners worked hard to get it fixed diring a holiday week. Would rent again.

Private oasis in Tampa

My family came to stay at this property after a quick visit to Orlando. An amazing change of pace from the go-go atmosphere of Orlando; this home became our relaxing spot. The pool is great - the house was clean and accessible. Communications from the property owner/manager were easy, and all communications were clear and accurate.

We really enjoyed this house! It is a little more dated than the pictures indicate, but overall it was great! So much space, we were all very comfortable. Pretty much everything we needed was there at the house already! We used the pool almost everyday but honestly the highlight of this house was the pool table!!

Great place I really enjoyed staying at this house, the pool was nice my mom and dad end up showing up driving in from Jacksonville. My dad and the kids played pool and then played in the pool. The house is big enough to accommodate us. They had plenty of supplies, as I’ve stayed at other VRBO properties not enough supplies no coffee supplies. However this property had plenty of supplies and coffee. The pool was really fun and their suggestions on the wall for restaurants We’re dead on we went to some beautiful restaurants that they suggested on the chalkboard. I go to Tampa all the time I normally stay in the Westin but from now on I will rent this house every time I go.

Great vacation home for my family

My family enjoyed our stay! The house has everything we needed, including pool and bath towels, full kitchen, and a grocery store less than 5 miles away. Made lots of use of the pool table and swimming pool. House was as advertised. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

I was really excited about the heated pool in October But, the listing did not mention that the pool was only heated from November to March. The house was really spacious and clean. The beds were really comfy. The neighborhood was quite and close to everything. We would visit again just in the warmer months.

Quiet and spacious home.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. This location was close to many amenities and attractions. The owners provided everything that I needed for a short stay. The private pool was a nice feature that we all enjoyed. My boys enjoyed the pool table and included board games.

Amazing vacation

This is a beautiful and clean home. This was the perfect location very close to to my family who was staying at the hotel nearby. Nice quiet neighborhood. We overall enjoyed our stay at the home! It was conveniently located as well as located in a safe and nice neighborhood. Only fault we found were the floors were pretty dirty and there was a foul fish smell coming from the refrigerator which would not go away. If the place is properly cleaned and the foul smell from the fridge is eliminated....the place would be perfect otherwise! Thabks for having us non-the-less!! Liz

USF Family visit

Spent 2 nights visiting son who attends USF and husband's parents. Location was perfect, house is clean and Laney is very responsive. Back porch/pool is the best part and allows you to sit outside and relax. I would have rated this a 5 but the twin bedroom beds are so low to the ground that really only good for kids, the living room's 2 couches must be pull out sofa sleepers otherwise I am not sure about sleeping 8 and it is very hot in the living room (was originally the garage which might be why it didn't get good AC) and most importantly even though there is a TV with a Roku stick, you have to use your own login for a streaming service and if your login is linked to your home location then you can't use the TV at all. Would be nice if at least basic cable was provided.

One of the cleanest property I've stayed at.

Part of my family's annual beach vacation, we decided to go to Tampa, FL and found this property. We were looking for a private pool house where my wife and kids will spend most time at. This property turned out exceptional from all the properties we stayed in the past. Check in/out was easy. Communication was great. It was very clean. There was a complementary basket full of goodies that my kids loved. The pool was always heated. Didn't have to touch a thing. The lanai was also in great condition with no rips for bugs to get in. Overall the cleanliness of the property was quite exceptional. The beds were premium beds with memory foam which was great. Gave us great nights sleep. So no complaints at all. Our family enjoyed it alot. If we go back to Tampa again, we will definitely consider staying there again.
