Quick beach trip

Place was ok, but the advertisement said that it slept 6 people and it only had a king and two twin beds. Linens were for 4 people as well. Everything was bare minimum and we had to get extras (air mattresses and linens) in order to make stay doable. The listing should be updated so that it isn’t false.

OK for short, spur of the moment trip

Overall the unit was clean and convenient and ok for my husband and me. Description wasn't entirely accurate. Our condo had a small balcony, not a screened porch and Sunset Beach was a bit further than 1.5 miles. A Keurig, not a coffeemaker. I had to empty the dishwasher when we got there-no big deal. Light was out in the bathroom but maintenance was there in minutes. Other light bulbs were out but I left a note with housekeeping so hopefully they were replaced before the next check-in. I couldn't get the hairdryer in the master to work but they had one in the attached unit. Almost appeared to have been an issue with the receptacle. Sea Trail was a nice, quiet community but the pool area was not well kept. Didn't appear to have staff come around to pick up trash (which is sadly a sign of the times). We would stay at Sea Trail again. I will also add there was great communication from Affordable Vacations, reminder texts, etc.

The condo is very outdated. The sofa and chair were uncomfortable to sit on. The mattresses on the beds were less than desirable. The location was great, it was hard to relax or get a good night's rest with the furniture. The bathroom light in the master bedroom didn't work. Maintenance quickly came and repaired and it worked for 15 minutes.

Location was great, access to everything was great, overall stay was wonderful except for the weather, rained every day except the day we were leaving. I will stay again and suggest your location to others as well.
