This newly renovated home in Succasunna, NJ, offers a perfect home-away-from-home for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful rental. With three bedrooms and one bathroom, the property provides plenty of space for up to five guests. The upper bedroom has a queen-sized bed and large walk-in closet, while the first downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed and closet. The second downstairs bedroom is an office with a full-sized murphy bed and closet, allowing the room to be converted into a sleeping area if needed.
The main living area features high ceilings and an open floor plan, giving the space a bright and airy feel. The modernly furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar, stools, electric stove, refrigerator, and all cooking basics and utensils. This property also includes two dedicated offices with high-speed wi-fi, perfect for coworkers looking to share a home while maintaining personal space. The property also has on-site laundry, heating/air conditioning in each bedroom, shared space, and blackout window treatments in all sleeping areas.
The outdoor space offers plenty of peace and relaxation with a backyard patio and walk-out lake access, including a beach and dock. The lake is a protected green space, and motorized boats are prohibited; fishing off the pier is prohibited.
