Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore! Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your Gulf-view primary suite.

A home office setup includes a computer monitor and HDMI hookup for remote working. Extra perks include memory foam mattresses, a washer/dryer, and provided beach gear.

Great location

The condo was in a great location and was very nice. The only complaint is that there weren’t enough towels and they refused to bring more. The dishes were also dirty upon arrival, but everything else seemed really clean

I booked based on the listing indicating it was a quiet building due to the large number of residents who reside there. It was even stated in the contract that I signed indicating no parties can be in your room. This was not the case at all. Noise neighbors in all directions and you can hear toilets flushing throughout the night. Access to the beach is through the parking garage which you have to be careful no cars are driving through. We had to replenish basic supplies which I have never had to do in the past. We were told to wash/dry towels prior to leaving which is stressful since we had a very early flight in the morning. I had to ask if it was ok to leave towels in the dryer. I emailed the owner a few times that the dryer filled up with water condensation which they never came out to look at. I will not stay at this building. We did not get any sleep with all of the noises and parties as well as kids running by and ringing our doorbell. These kids were also throwing trash from the third floor to the courtyard. This building has A LOT of renters. There is no way a resident would live in this building on a full-time basis. Not a place to have a relaxing vacation. Find a smaller place that won’t nickel and dime you for basic necessities.

Another Wonderful Spring Trip

Property was clean upon check in - enough dishes and pots and pans for grilling and simple dinners throughout the week. The view and the location cannot be beat! This was not our first trip to Beach Cottages and will not be our last! Thank you for another wonderful family trip!

Was not up to par with cleanliness-floor was dirty. Pillows on couch were ripped. Many items in condo were broken. Condo needs some updates for the price we paid. The view was spectacular though.

The condo was clean and updated, we enjoyed our stay and would go back and rent it again. The view is fantastic and the beach is nice. The condo is near many good restaurants (we highly recommend Salt Rock Grill).

Beautiful spot

Very cozy place. My only complaint is that the master bed needs to be replaced. The mattress was very soft and you literally sink in the bed. Also the wifi would work off and on. We tried reaching out to teamster and the property manager and never heard back

Open concept

Loved the cleanliness and open concept kitchen and dining area. View was fabulous….ceiling fan would have been a plus and maybe a larger patio area. Beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend this condo.

Family Getaway

We had a great time staying at this condo, which was beautifully renovated and very clean. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location and the beach access was great. The locks on the lobby door were very old and several people, including ourselves, had a hard time entering the building to reach the elevators. The keypad to enter the condo was also a bit of a struggle, but once we got inside and were able to get the physical keys, we didn't have any further problems. Overall, we would definitely stay at this place again and are happy to give them a five star rating.

Wonderful condo

It was a beautiful space with an amazing view. Very spacious!! It did rain alot one of the days and the floor by the window was leaking but I called the number on all the paperwork to report it. Having to have a key to get everywhere was a little annoying. If a someone wanted to go upstairs or to the pool, other person had to go with them everytime to let them in because only one of the keys seemed to work. The other one would get stuck and we had the hardest time getting it to work especially the outside door in the garage facing the elevator. Understandably the birds are present but maybe to disclose that the nesting snowbirds are directly in front of the condo. With a child who is afraid of birds and would scream and scream and scream every time he would walk out to the beach makes for a difficult time at the beach.

Very well maintained, and had all the amenities needed. The facility was kept up and clean, the beach was amazing!! We had a small issue with check-in, our key code was wrong and we couldn't get in right away (which was very minor, and was corrected quickly). Highly recommend, and look forward to future stays!

Indian Shores Break

The property was very nice and the view was fantastic. The property management company was worthless. Rigid check in and out policies. Check in instructions that were in direct opposition of each other. When called all they could say was sorry you should have followed the directions
