Beach Place #308 - Enjoy this lovely, updated Direct Beach Front 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in popular Beach Place Condos! A short walk away from all the amenities, chances are, this will be a favorite retreat to return to year after year. Free WiFi included.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #308 is a 1360 square foot beachfront dream that has under gone a complete remodel that includes all new granite kitchen , all new stainless-steel appliances, and new granite bathrooms. New furniture throughout, new tile carpet throughout and a luxurious walk-in shower. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: King in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bdrm, 1 Queen in 3rd bdrm. Beach Place 308 also has in unit washer/dryer. This unit offers ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Great location, issues with property

The location was perfect, although that led to a lot of kids screaming at the pool and running in the halls late at night, as well as super close to the public beach access. Condo was clean but several things don’t work properly (ice machine, dishwasher, dryer, sliding doors, TVs) and it got very hot at night. One room with no mirrors. Overall the stay was fun and good, but those items need fixed before I would return to this exact property.

Nice view and location to everything at Johns Pass.

The Location and view are great and unit 308 was pretty clean and big enough. Where things went off the rails for our trip was at night when on two of our four nights people were out on their balconies playing loud music, singing and basically being a bunch of drunken rude idiots that had no respect for others at the resort. The first night here on June 13 the crap was coming from room 107 primarily and didn’t stop until around 2am. Our last night June 16 the crap was center around rooms 310, 311 and this didn’t end until around 3am. Teenagers in the pool during these same hours, probably belong to some of the drunken idiots that were disturbing the peace. Oh and let me not forget the fireworks on the 16th at 1am. Unfortunately, there is no one like security to step in and enforce the rules I. The Condo Rental Contract about these types of matters so you are left to either screaming them down which I finally did the first night or perhaps calling the police. It’s so sad that people left to their own devices can’t have a good time within reasonable hours as so to not negatively affect those around them. For these reasons I can’t in good faith recommend anyone staying at Beach Place, it’s simply not a good choice unless you are ok with getting hardly any sleep.

Great condo, Rude management

The condo was very nice and was in a good location. It was great for what we were looking for in terms of price, location, and room. However, SunHost management was extremely rude. We received an email a few weeks prior to our stay that there would be some outdoor painting, but that we would have very minimal disturbance. When we arrived, we were not able to use our balcony that day because they sealed it and the patio furniture was in the living room. The next day we put the furniture back out and started to use the patio to sit outside and look at the ocean, but then was told they needed us to move the furniture back inside so they could paint our balcony. When I called to ask management how long it would be before we could use it again and my concerns about the paint fumes with a 5 months old, Ray was EXTREMELY rude. She continued to cut me off and did not care at all about my concerns. She had a terrible attitude. The balcony then again had workers painting again 2 days later. So for the 5 days we were there, they worked on our balcony 3 of them. I would not call this MINIMAL disturbance. I understand updates need to happen and there is no great time, but please be transparent and not dismissive or rude to your customers. Would have given a much better rating if management was respectful and because of that will probably not stay in a SunHost property in the future.
