Summary:
Conveniently located just north of Downtown St. Augustine and within walking distance to almost everything, the Studio at Old Mission is a perfect home-base for your visit to the Oldest City. We are just across the street from Sunday, a local lunch and brunch spot and Jenna Alexander Studio, one of our favorite artists in town. St. Augustine is blessed with a vibrant art community and we encourage you to check out our guidebook for more tips on shopping local and supporting our friends!

The Space:
Open the cottage gate to your private, fenced in courtyard, perfect to spend the morning catching up with coffee under the oak trees. Step inside the studio and you'll find a living room with a sofa, smart TV and a renovated kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Bring your log-ins and enjoy all of your favorite TV shows on the smart TV. We provide Netflix. Across from the living room is a queen sized bed, remodeled bathroom and closet.

The space is perfect for a party of one to three, or a small family, with one queen bed and a twin air mattress that would be ideal for a child or teen. We do provide a pack n play for your convenience. Please plan to bring your own sheets and blankets if you plan to use the pack n play.

We are pet friendly but we require approval before pets are allowed. Pet fees apply and there is a 2 pet maximum.

With free, on-site parking right in front of the Studio, you'll be able to leave the car and explore the town without worrying about finding a spot. There is a hop-on-hop-off trolley tour that stops right across the street, for those who would like a more guided tour experience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have 24/7 access with keyless entry. The code will be sent the day of check in as soon as the house is ready.

The Neighborhood:
St. Augustine lays claim to being the oldest city in the United States and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture and beautiful cobblestone streets as well as Atlantic Ocean beaches like sandy St. Augustine Beach and tranquil Crescent Beach. Anastasia State Park is a protected wildlife sanctuary located just over the Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island. The Castillo de San Marcos is a 17th-century Spanish stone fortress with views of the St. Augustine Inlet and is a short walk from our home. We are in the Uptown district of St. Augustine, which over recent years, has seen an explosion of art galleries, local favorite eating destinations and antique/boutique shopping. Check out our guidebook for some of our favorite spots and always feel free to ask for recommendations!

Getting Around:
Walk or drive downtown. 5-7 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach.

Cozy place close to everything

We really enjoyed the quiet location that was within walking distance to just about everything! Pet friendly with a nice gated courtyard that our Frenchie loved! The host was in contact to ensure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again if we visit St Augustine again!

The unit was clean inside, yard needed work. We got there early but were told that to check in early would be an additional 20 per hour charge, although we were there and the unit was ready. Only critique of the unit is that the bathroom was small. Unfortunately for us, the entry door would not open (first service man)got in at about 5. The door needs adjusted so we were given a key. We finally got in the unit and the HVAC did not work. After numerous calls we had no heat the first night (temps in upper 40's). Second day and second service man (there about 2 hours)we were told that the unit had remains of lizards covering the top and that the circuit board would need replaced.We were offered a 100 refund but felt like that was not sufficient, considering the cost of our stay. Had the property been checked before we arrived, we would not have had any of these problems. Customer Service is poor.

The property was updated inside and very clean. We enjoyed that they included coffee and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Spacious enough for a couple and in close proximity to cute shops and restaurants near the water. Communication with management was prompt and professional. Perfect!

The cottage is extremely clean with amenities you don't often see in a home rental- such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc as well as coffee, creamer, sugar... There was also a pumpkin pie and whipped cream as a welcome gift- we stayed for Thanksgiving. There is a completely fenced in courtyard which our dogs really appreciated. The location is fantastic- we were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. If/when we go back to St Augustine, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our quick stay

We were in town for a wedding. This property was within walking distance to everything downtown, a quick drive to the beach and had everything we needed. The fenced in courtyard was perfect for our puppy to run around. The property was clean, well appointed and well-stocked. Quick responses with questions leading up to our stay.
