Be the first to stay in this adorable beach house located on a quiet street with private neighborhood beach access just a short walk away! Decorated with a beach and surf theme, Buddah's Beach Shack is a family home which features an easy and open layout including open living, dining and kitchen space, as well as three bedrooms. Prepare meals in the spacious, fully stocked kitchen. and enjoy mealtimes around the table for six, or grill out on the patio and serve food at the poolside picnic table. Lounge in the sun or shade around the private pool, surrounded by lush tropical foliage.
Pick up a few beach chairs provided, or grab your board, and head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. Come back in the afternoon to the quaint and private backyard which boasts a manicured lawn, a cozy pool and deck area, covered porch overlooking the pool, picnic patio, and a large firepit, perfect for gathering around in the evenings to star-gaze and talk about the adventures of the day. Inside, stream a family movie on the large TV in the evenings, or enjoy a favorite TV show in any of the bedrooms. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
