Cute comfortable home

Very cute home right off a main road. Our dogs and kids enjoyed the backyard. It was perfect for our short weekend trip for a little more comfort than a hotel room would give us with the dogs. We had no issues, although I will note many of the things noted by other reviewers are still an issue (chipped tile in bathroom, broken chair). The beds/linens were comfortable. The house had all the basics. I do wish there were a few more towels; with a 6 person stay, there wasn't enough bath towels for everyone; my younger tween/teens had to share. I also wish there were curtains in the rooms to shut out the light and help block some of the road noise. Overall, good little place.

Great if traveling with dog

We go everywhere with our dog, this property had a great backyard, fenced in. It is right off a busy street, but easy since driveway is off the Main Street. The house needs some work, tiles broken in bath, a chair in living room needs to go in trash, and we had to do laundry and the washer was brand new, but dryer had some serious issues, very loud but it did work. We did need to contact property manager for AC not working properly, but that was fixed fast. Overall it was a good stay, we would stay here again. I would hope they do these small fixes to make this place even better.

Good location a bit noisey with corner lot traffic. Comfortable for the five of us. Older home with a closed up odor when we first arrived. Broken chair , no light bulb in lamp, insulation coming out of dishwasher. Bathroom floor tile was broken my daughter pinched her foot in it. But this was our first experience with Vrbo.

Overall the house was great. The issue we had was all of the gnats! We couldn’t figure out at first where they were coming from. At the end of our stay, realized they were coming from the drains.

Not the cleanest…..

We were disappointed in this rental because of the cleanliness of it. My dog lost his little toy.. as I was looking for it I found all kinds of filth.. it’s managed by an investment company or something… their cleaning crew is charging them for cleaning they obviously aren’t doing!! If I’m paying a cleaning fee when I book it I expect it to be clean when I arrive! huge dog bone under the couch..pet hairballs under the chair.. pantyhose in the closet.. dryer sheets under the beds.. game pieces under the couches..empty play dough containers.. dirty panties beside the washer along with dust bunnies..hair in the tub drain.. the refrigerator was empty but not wiped down..dishes in the dishwasher had a funky chalky film all over them.. they asked us to load the dishwasher when we left.. (one bowl and two glasses).. we opened it and we’re surprised to find a completely loaded dishwasher already… do better!! Fire the cleaning crew and find someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t screwing you over charging for work not done! I have stayed in well over 15 VRBO and this one definitely made me Leary to rent again… wasn’t even sure if the bed sheets were clean. Very minimal. No coffee. No laundry detergent to even wash towels that we ran out of…. No cleaning supplies whatsoever… just disappointing in general. Nice house. Just not maintained to its potential!! Sorry! Not sorry!

Great location for Bass Pro visitors

House was super clean. Had access to the garage which was a first for me in VRBO rental. They're usually locked up. Communication with host was instantaneous. I had trouble figuring out the thermostat and it was a very cold outside. Host answered all my questions and told me how to set the thermostat. Little noisy from traffic on main Street if you're not used to that. Great location to visit Wonders of Wildlife and the Aquarium at Bass Pro.
