Avondale Estates is a family friendly neighborhood and secret gem in metro Atlanta. The home is a 3-minute walk to downtown Avondale, a 10 minute drive to downtown Decatur, and a 25 minute drive to Midtown. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home has an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and an inviting living room with gas fireplace. The elevated porch offers a quiet place to relax with a beautiful view of the backyard. Families and groups are welcome!
The house has an open floor plan with lots of windows, allowing a lot of light to enter the house throughout the day. The living room features a big tv, perfect for cozy movie nights at home. There is also an office / game room on the main floor. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a shower and a large bath.
The back yard is wonderful and offers an inviting porch, where you can enjoy the sun, and listen to the birds chirping. Cornhole and Bocce Ball yard games are in the downstairs bedroom closet.
