The host was nasty and disrespectful!
I checked in the property pretty easy. The host has a manager taking care of a place. She saw that I only put two people staying in the three bedroom four bathroom and demanded $40 cash because my cousin who drove us to the VRBO staying the night because he drove four hours to come get us After the first night we had no running water couldn’t brush our teeth couldn’t use the toilet couldn’t take a shower contacted Host. She was a very disrespectful and nasty. She said that we left the water on or something and it messed up a pipe. She wanted us to $40 to put more water in the tank so we can have running water for five days, I asked her why we had to pay for water. She said because you guys are taking too many showers only one day and two of us took a shower less than 10 minutes on Vrbo. It says you allowed up to 30 guests the most we had was six she sent me , a request for $170 and then I asked about it and she said she could’ve charge me more so I Vrbo Customer service at Vrbo was very nice very caring and us and contacted Host about the things she was doing. I have pictures of roaches in the shower and everywhere in the house rusted towel racks stain, dirty showers and will post the pictures to show. I wouldn’t recommend this to nobody.
