Moose were missing!! No where to be found!!!

We arrived at this property around 6pm. No one was there. We called the number and left messages no call back until after 9pm where the individual said he was on the Yukon all day fishing!! He did state he had a key hiding we could get but we already found different accommodations. We booked this 6-7 months in advance. Needless to say this cost us because we had to scramble to find a different place. Which was double the price. Just not what your family expects after a very long day of travel that started at 5am in Minneapolis. I have a hard time recommending this client
