1st Floor! 1BR/1BA queen bed condo with kid-sized bunk bed and foldout couch sleeps up to six (6). Perfect for families with children! Full-size kitchen is convenient for cooking. Electric fireplace with a flat-screen TV in the living room. Foldout couch sleeps two (2). Wi-Fi, telephone, and parking. Enclosed sunroom with opening windows. Easy access to 2 public hot tubs and game room. Large outdoor grilling area with plenty of bike racks. This condo is conveniently located 200 yards from Soaring Eagle Ski Lift, 10 Prime Restaurant, two ski shops, and Hoots Bar & Grill. Very close to a public hiking trail. Close parking to slopes. Let the property manager know that the bathroom had poop on the toilet and wasn't given a discount. My kids wouldn't even use the bathroom.

Good time and close walk to ski lift

Overall the place was nice. The pull out couch is not very comfortable and the tv in the bedroom kept cutting off and on but overall we had a really nice stay. Very convenient walk to Soaring Eagle ski lift or you can easily catch the shuttle.

Great spot,

My wife and two teenage kids stayed here mid February and had a great trip. Our daughter took one of the bunks and son took the fold out couch because at 6’4 the bunk was a bit too tight for him. The apartment itself was perfect for the four of us. It is a short walk to the slopes and there are free shuttles that come by regularly to go to the main village and other slopes. Theres a steakhouse and a pub a short walk away. We rented our gear in the main village but there’s a rental place just across the parking lot from the apartment at the top of the slope. The hosts were great communicators and went out of their way to help us retrieve a lost item.

We had no issues with this property. Works well for a couple with children, not two couples. Limited space as seen in the photos. Would suggest blackout drapes for the bedroom because the bed is under a window that even with the blinds closed lets in substancial light from the outer corridor.

It’s tight but you can sleep six.

Great spot on a budget. The bunk beds accommodated a 6’3” 235lb teen. I would suggest you bring extra towels, ur own soap and shampoo.

Pull-out sofa is unusable

Our only complaint is that the pull out sofa was missing so many springs below that the mattress literally fell through and touched the ground in places. Nobody could sleep on it. Other than that, we very much enjoyed the condo. People should be aware that because the sofa bed is unusable, this condo only sleeps four, rather than six people.

Great location

This is a great location. The shuttle pick up/drop off is right outside the east door and you can walk down the hill to get right on the trails. The unit had almost everything we needed for the kitchen and there was separate beds for our kids. The bedroom has a window that was bright and we just put a blanket up.
